מֶֽלֶךְ־kingme·leḵ-
יְהוּדָֽה׃ of Judah ,yə·hū·ḏāh

וְאֶת־wə·’eṯ-
יֹשְׁבֵ֣יand the peopleyō·šə·ḇê
יְרוּשָׁלִַ֔םof Jerusalemyə·rū·šā·lim
וַתַּזְנֶ֤הto prostitute themselveswat·taz·neh
אֶת־ – ,’eṯ-
בֵּ֣יתjust as the housebêṯ
אַחְאָ֑בof Ahab’aḥ·’āḇ
כְּהַזְנ֖וֹתprostituted itself .kə·haz·nō·wṯ
וְגַ֨םYou have alsowə·ḡam
אֶת־’eṯ-
הָרָֽגְתָּ׃killedhā·rā·ḡə·tā
אַחֶ֧יךָ your brothers ,’a·ḥe·ḵā
אָבִ֛יךָyour father’s’ā·ḇî·ḵā
בֵית־ family ,ḇêṯ-
הַטּוֹבִ֥יםwho were betterhaṭ·ṭō·w·ḇîm
מִמְּךָ֖than you .mim·mə·ḵā

יְהוָ֗הYHWHYah·weh
נֹגֵ֛ףis about to strikenō·ḡêp̄
בְּעַמֶּ֑ךָ your people ,bə·‘am·me·ḵā

וּבְנָשֶׁ֖יךָ your wives ,ū·ḇə·nā·še·ḵā
וּבְכָל־and allū·ḇə·ḵāl
רְכוּשֶֽׁךָ׃your possessionsrə·ḵū·še·ḵā
גְדוֹלָ֖הwith a seriousḡə·ḏō·w·lāh
מַגֵּפָ֥הblow .mag·gê·p̄āh

עַל־after‘al-
יָמִֽים׃dayyā·mîm
וְאַתָּ֛הyou yourselfwə·’at·tāh
רַבִּ֖יםwill suffer from a severerab·bîm
בָּחֳלָיִ֥ים illness ,bā·ḥo·lā·yîm
בְּמַחֲלֵ֣הa diseasebə·ma·ḥă·lêh
מֵעֶ֑יךָ of your bowels ,mê·‘e·ḵā
עַד־until‘aḏ-
הַחֹ֔לִי[it]ha·ḥō·lî
מִן־causesmin-
מֵעֶ֙יךָ֙your bowelsmê·‘e·ḵā
יֵצְא֤וּto come out . ’”yê·ṣə·’ū

וְגַם־along withwə·ḡam-
בָּנָ֖יוhis sonsbā·nāw
וְנָשָׁ֑יוand wives ;wə·nā·šāw
וְלֹ֤אnotwə·lō
בֵּ֔ןa sonbên
נִשְׁאַר־was leftniš·’ar-
לוֹ֙to himlōw
כִּ֥יexcept
