יַהֲרֹ֔גHe will slaughterya·hă·rōḡ
עַמֵּךְ֙your people‘am·mêḵ
בַּחֶ֣רֶב with the sword ,ba·ḥe·reḇ
עֻזֵּ֖ךְand your mighty‘uz·zêḵ
וּמַצְּב֥וֹתpillarsū·maṣ·ṣə·ḇō·wṯ
תֵּרֵֽד׃will falltê·rêḏ
לָאָ֥רֶץto the ground .lā·’ā·reṣ
Ezekiel 26:12וְשָׁלְל֣וּThey will plunderwə·šā·lə·lū
חֵילֵ֗ךְyour wealthḥê·lêḵ
וּבָֽזְזוּ֙and pillageū·ḇā·zə·zū
רְכֻלָּתֵ֔ךְyour merchandise .rə·ḵul·lā·ṯêḵ
וְהָֽרְסוּ֙They will demolishwə·hā·rə·sū
חוֹמוֹתַ֔יִךְ your walls ,ḥō·w·mō·w·ṯa·yiḵ
יִתֹּ֑צוּtear downyit·tō·ṣū
חֶמְדָּתֵ֖ךְyour beautifulḥem·dā·ṯêḵ
וּבָתֵּ֥י homes ,ū·ḇāt·tê
יָשִֽׂימוּ׃and throwyā·śî·mū
וַאֲבָנַ֤יִךְyour stoneswa·’ă·ḇā·na·yiḵ
וְעֵצַ֙יִךְ֙and timberwə·‘ê·ṣa·yiḵ
וַֽעֲפָרֵ֔ךְand soilwa·‘ă·p̄ā·rêḵ
בְּת֥וֹךְintobə·ṯō·wḵ
מַ֖יִםthe water .ma·yim

הֲמ֣וֹןthe soundhă·mō·wn
שִׁירָ֑יִךְ of your songs ,šî·rā·yiḵ
וְק֣וֹלand the musicwə·qō·wl
כִּנּוֹרַ֔יִךְof your lyreskin·nō·w·ra·yiḵ
לֹ֥אwill no
עֽוֹד׃longer‘ō·wḏ
יִשָּׁמַ֖עbe heard .yiš·šā·ma‘

לִצְחִ֣יחַa bareliṣ·ḥî·aḥ
סֶ֗לַע rock ,se·la‘
תִּֽהְיֶ֔הand you will becometih·yeh

חֲרָמִים֙the fishing nets .ḥă·rā·mîm
לֹ֥אYou will never

הֶ֙רֶג֙at the slaughterhe·reḡ

וְהֵסִ֙ירוּ֙removewə·hê·sî·rū

מְעִ֣ילֵיהֶ֔ם their robes ,mə·‘î·lê·hem
וְאֶת־wə·’eṯ-
יִפְשֹׁ֑טוּand strip offyip̄·šō·ṭū
רִקְמָתָ֖םtheir embroideredriq·mā·ṯām
בִּגְדֵ֥יgarments .biḡ·ḏê
יִלְבָּ֙שׁוּ֙Clothedyil·bā·šū
חֲרָד֤וֹת׀ with terror ,ḥă·rā·ḏō·wṯ
יֵשֵׁ֔בוּthey will sityê·šê·ḇū
עַל־on‘al-
הָאָ֣רֶץ the ground ,hā·’ā·reṣ
וְחָֽרְדוּ֙tremblingwə·ḥā·rə·ḏū
לִרְגָעִ֔ים [every] moment ,lir·ḡā·‘îm
