אִשֵּׁ֨י the offerings made by fire ,’iš·šê
לֶ֧חֶםthe foodle·ḥem
אֱלֹהֵיהֶ֛ם of their God ,’ĕ·lō·hê·hem
וְהָ֥יוּthey must bewə·hā·yū
קֹֽדֶשׁ׃holy .qō·ḏeš
Leviticus 21:7לֹ֣א[A priest] must not
יִקָּ֔חוּmarryyiq·qā·ḥū
וְאִשָּׁ֛ה. . .wə·’iš·šāh
אִשָּׁ֨הa woman’iš·šāh
וַחֲלָלָה֙defiledwa·ḥă·lā·lāh
זֹנָ֤הby prostitutionzō·nāh

גְּרוּשָׁ֥הdivorcedgə·rū·šāh
מֵאִישָׁ֖הּ by her husband ,mê·’î·šāh
כִּֽי־forkî-
ה֖וּא[the priest]
קָדֹ֥שׁis holyqā·ḏōš
לֵאלֹהָֽיו׃to his God .lê·lō·hāw
Leviticus 21:8וְקִדַּשְׁתּ֔וֹ You are to regard him as holy ,wə·qid·daš·tōw
כִּֽי־sincekî-
אֶת־’eṯ-
ה֣וּאhe
מַקְרִ֑יבpresentsmaq·rîḇ
לֶ֥חֶםthe foodle·ḥem
אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָof your God .’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā
יִֽהְיֶה־He shall beyih·yeh-
קָדֹשׁ֙holyqā·ḏōš

כִּ֣יbecause
אֲנִ֥יI’ă·nî
יְהוָ֖הYHWHYah·weh
קָד֔וֹשׁam holy —qā·ḏō·wōš
מְקַדִּשְׁכֶֽם׃I who set you apart .mə·qad·diš·ḵem

וּבַת֙daughterū·ḇaṯ
אִ֣ישׁ. . .’îš
תֵחֵ֖לdefiles herselfṯê·ḥêl
לִזְנ֑וֹת by prostituting herself ,liz·nō·wṯ
אֶת־’eṯ-
הִ֣יאshe
מְחַלֶּ֔לֶתprofanesmə·ḥal·le·leṯ
אָבִ֙יהָ֙her father ;’ā·ḇî·hā
תִּשָּׂרֵֽף׃סshe must be burnedtiś·śā·rêp̄
בָּאֵ֖שׁin the fire .bā·’êš
Leviticus 21:10וְהַכֹּהֵן֩The priestwə·hak·kō·hên
הַגָּד֨וֹלwho is highesthag·gā·ḏō·wl
מֵאֶחָ֜יו among his brothers ,mê·’e·ḥāw
אֲwho’ăšer-
הַמִּשְׁחָה֙has had the anointingham·miš·ḥāh
שֶׁ֤מֶןoilše·men
יוּצַ֥קpouredyū·ṣaq
עַל־on‘al-
רֹאשׁ֣וֹ׀his headrō·šōw
וּמִלֵּ֣אand has been ordainedū·mil·lê
