| לָהֶ֔ם | {waiting} for [your lovers] , | lā·hem | |
| כַּעֲרָבִ֖י | like a nomad | ka·‘ă·rā·ḇî | |
| בַּמִּדְבָּ֑ר | in the desert . | bam·miḏ·bār | |
| וַתַּחֲנִ֣יפִי | You have defiled | wat·ta·ḥă·nî·p̄î | |
| אֶ֔רֶץ | the land | ’e·reṣ | |
| בִּזְנוּתַ֖יִךְ | with your prostitution | biz·nū·ṯa·yiḵ | |
| וּבְרָעָתֵֽךְ׃ | and wickedness . | ū·ḇə·rā·‘ā·ṯêḵ | |
