| מוֹאָֽב׃ | of Moab , | mō·w·’āḇ | |
| Numbers 25:2 | וַתִּקְרֶ֣אןָ | who also invited | wat·tiq·re·nā |
| לָעָ֔ם | them | lā·‘ām | |
| לְזִבְחֵ֖י | to the sacrifices | lə·ziḇ·ḥê | |
| אֱלֹהֵיהֶ֑ן | for their gods . | ’ĕ·lō·hê·hen | |

| לֵֽאלֹהֵיהֶֽן׃ | to these gods . | lê·lō·hê·hen | |

| אַ֥ף | and the anger | ’ap̄ | |
| יְהוָ֖ה | of YHWH | Yah·weh | |
| וַיִּֽחַר־ | burned | way·yi·ḥar- | |
