לִלְקֹט֙and gleanlil·qōṭ
אַחֵ֔רin another’a·ḥêr
בְּשָׂדֶ֣ה field ,bə·śā·ḏeh
וְגַ֛םandwə·ḡam
לֹ֥אdo not
תַעֲבוּרִ֖יgo awayṯa·‘ă·ḇū·rî
מִזֶּ֑ה from this [place] ,miz·zeh
וְכֹ֥הbut stay herewə·ḵōh
תִדְבָּקִ֖יןcloseṯiḏ·bā·qîn
עִם־to‘im-
נַעֲרֹתָֽי׃my servant girls .na·‘ă·rō·ṯāy
Ruth 2:9עֵינַ֜יִךְ[Let] your eyes [be on]‘ê·na·yiḵ
אֲשֶׁר־[the]’ă·šer-
בַּשָּׂדֶ֤הfieldbaś·śā·ḏeh
יִקְצֹרוּן֙ they are harvesting ,yiq·ṣō·rūn
וְהָלַ֣כְתִּand follow alongwə·hå̄·laḵ·ti
אַחֲרֵיהֶ֔ןafter [these girls] .’a·ḥă·rê·hen
הֲל֥וֹא Indeed ,hă·lō·w
צִוִּ֛יתִיI have orderedṣiw·wî·ṯî
אֶת־’eṯ-
הַנְּעָרִ֖יםthe young menhan·nə·‘ā·rîm
לְבִלְתִּ֣יnotlə·ḇil·tî
נָגְעֵ֑ךְto touch you .nā·ḡə·‘êḵ
וְצָמִ֗ת And when you are thirsty ,wə·ṣā·miṯ
וְהָלַכְתְּ֙gowə·hā·laḵt
אֶל־. . .’el-
וְשָׁתִ֕יתand drinkwə·šā·ṯîṯ
מֵאֲשֶׁ֥רfrommê·’ă·šer
הַכֵּלִ֔יםthe jarshak·kê·lîm
הַנְּעָרִֽים׃the young menhan·nə·‘ā·rîm
יִשְׁאֲב֖וּןhave filled . ”yiš·’ă·ḇūn
Ruth 2:10וַתִּפֹּל֙ At this, she fellwat·tip·pōl
עַל־on‘al-
פָּנֶ֔יהָ her face ,pā·ne·hā
וַתִּשְׁתַּ֖חוּbowing lowwat·tiš·ta·ḥū
אָ֑רְצָה to the ground ,’ā·rə·ṣāh
וַתֹּ֣אמֶרand saidwat·tō·mer
אֵלָ֗יו to him ,’ê·lāw
מַדּוּעַ֩“ Whymad·dū·a‘
מָצָ֨אתִיhave I foundmā·ṣā·ṯî
חֵ֤ןsuch favorḥên
בְּעֵינֶ֙יךָ֙in your eyesbə·‘ê·ne·ḵā
לְהַכִּירֵ֔נִי that you should take notice of me ,lə·hak·kî·rê·nî
וְאָּנֹכִ֖יeven though I [am]wəʾ·ʾå̄·nō·ḵī
נָכְרִיָּֽה׃a foreigner ? ”nā·ḵə·rî·yāh

וַיַּ֤עַןrepliedway·ya·‘an
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר. . .way·yō·mer

הֻגֵּ֨ד“ I have been made fully awarehug·gêḏ

כֹּ֤לof allkōl
אֲשֶׁר־’ă·šer-
עָשִׂית֙you have done‘ā·śîṯ
אֶת־for’eṯ-
חֲמוֹתֵ֔ךְyour mother-in-lawḥă·mō·w·ṯêḵ
אַחֲרֵ֖יsince’a·ḥă·rê
מ֣וֹתthe deathmō·wṯ
אִישֵׁ֑ךְ of your husband ,’î·šêḵ
וַתַּֽעַזְבִ֞יhow you leftwat·ta·‘az·ḇî
אָּבִ֣יךְyour fatherʾå̄·ḇīḵ
וְאִמֵּ֗ךְand motherwə·’im·mêḵ
וְאֶ֙רֶץ֙and the landwə·’e·reṣ
מֽוֹלַדְתֵּ֔ךְ of your birth ,mō·w·laḏ·têḵ
וַתֵּ֣לְכִ֔יand how you camewat·tê·lə·ḵî
אֶל־to’el-
עַ֕םa people‘am
