אֶל־to’el-
נְבוּכַדְרֶאצַּ֧רNebuchadnezzarnə·ḇū·ḵaḏ·reṣ·ṣar
מֶֽלֶךְ־kingme·leḵ-
בָּבֶ֛לof Babylonbā·ḇel
רִבְלָ֖תָהat Riblahriḇ·lā·ṯāh
בְּאֶ֣רֶץin the landbə·’e·reṣ
חֲמָ֑ת of Hamath ,ḥă·māṯ
וַיְדַבֵּ֥רwhere he pronouncedway·ḏab·bêr
מִשְׁפָּטִֽים׃judgmentmiš·pā·ṭîm
אִתּ֖וֹon him .’it·tōw
