גָּד֥וֹלgreatgā·ḏō·wl
וְרַ֛ב and many ,wə·raḇ
וָרָ֖םas tallwā·rām
כָּעֲנָקִ֑יםas the Anakites .kā·‘ă·nā·qîm
יְהוָה֙But YHWHYah·weh
וַיַּשְׁמִידֵ֤םdestroyed themway·yaš·mî·ḏêm
מִפְּנֵיהֶ֔ם from before [the Ammonites] ,mip·pə·nê·hem
וַיִּירָשֻׁ֖םwho drove them outway·yî·rā·šum
וַיֵּשְׁב֥וּand settledway·yê·šə·ḇū
תַחְתָּֽם׃ in their place ,ṯaḥ·tām

הַחֹרִי֙the Horitesha·ḥō·rî
מִפְּנֵיהֶ֔םfrom before them .mip·pə·nê·hem
וַיִּֽירָשֻׁם֙They drove them outway·yî·rā·šum
וַיֵּשְׁב֣וּand have livedway·yê·šə·ḇū
תַחְתָּ֔םin their placeṯaḥ·tām
עַ֖דto‘aḏ
הַזֶּֽה׃thishaz·zeh
הַיּ֥וֹםday .hay·yō·wm

כַּפְתֹּרִים֙ the Caphtorites ,kap̄·tō·rîm
הַיֹּצְאִ֣יםwho camehay·yō·ṣə·’îm
מִכַּפְתּ֔וֹרout of Caphtormik·kap̄·tō·wr
וַיֵּשְׁב֥וּand settledway·yê·šə·ḇū
תַחְתָּֽם׃in their place . )ṯaḥ·tām

נָתַ֣תִּיI have deliverednā·ṯat·tî
בְ֠יָדְךָinto your handḇə·yā·ḏə·ḵā
סִיחֹ֨ןSihonsî·ḥōn
הָֽאֱמֹרִ֛י the Amorite ,hā·’ĕ·mō·rî
וְאֶת־wə·’eṯ-
מֶֽלֶךְ־kingme·leḵ-
חֶשְׁבּ֧וֹן of Heshbon ,ḥeš·bō·wn
אַרְצ֖וֹand his land .’ar·ṣōw
אֶת־’eṯ-
הָחֵ֣לBeginhā·ḥêl
רָ֑שׁto take possession of itrāš
וְהִתְגָּ֥רand engagewə·hiṯ·gār
בּ֖וֹhimbōw
מִלְחָמָֽה׃in battle .mil·ḥā·māh

הַיּ֣וֹםdayhay·yō·wm
אָחֵל֙I will begin’ā·ḥêl
תֵּ֤תto puttêṯ
פַּחְדְּךָ֙the dreadpaḥ·də·ḵā
וְיִרְאָ֣תְךָ֔and fearwə·yir·’ā·ṯə·ḵā
עַל־of you‘al-
כָּל־upon allkāl-
פְּנֵי֙vvvpə·nê
הָֽעַמִּ֔יםthe nationshā·‘am·mîm
תַּ֖חַתunderta·ḥaṯ
הַשָּׁמָ֑יִםheaven .haš·šā·mā·yim
אֲשֶׁ֤ר’ă·šer
יִשְׁמְעוּן֙They will hearyiš·mə·‘ūn
שִׁמְעֲךָ֔the reports of youšim·‘ă·ḵā
וְרָגְז֥וּand tremblewə·rā·ḡə·zū
וְחָל֖וּin anguishwə·ḥā·lū
מִפָּנֶֽיךָ׃because of you . ”mip·pā·ne·ḵā
