יַרְחִ֞יבenlargesyar·ḥîḇ

כַּאֲשֶׁ֥רaska·’ă·šer
נִשְׁבַּ֖עHe sworeniš·ba‘
לַאֲבֹתֶ֑יךָ to your fathers ,la·’ă·ḇō·ṯe·ḵā
וְנָ֤תַןand giveswə·nā·ṯan
לְךָ֙youlə·ḵā
אֶת־’eṯ-
כָּל־allkāl-
הָאָ֔רֶץthe landhā·’ā·reṣ
אֲשֶׁ֥ר’ă·šer
דִּבֶּ֖רHe promiseddib·ber
לָתֵ֥ת. . .lā·ṯêṯ
לַאֲבֹתֶֽיךָ׃ them ,la·’ă·ḇō·ṯe·ḵā

כָּל־allkāl-
הַזֹּ֜אתthesehaz·zōṯ
הַמִּצְוָ֨הcommandmentsham·miṣ·wāh
אָנֹכִ֣יI’ā·nō·ḵî
מְצַוְּךָ֮am giving youmə·ṣaw·wə·ḵā
הַיּוֹם֒ today ,hay·yō·wm
לְאַהֲבָ֞הlovinglə·’a·hă·ḇāh
אֶת־’eṯ-
יְהוָ֧הYHWHYah·weh
אֱלֹהֶ֛יךָyour God’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā
וְלָלֶ֥כֶתand walkingwə·lā·le·ḵeṯ
בִּדְרָכָ֖יוin His waysbiḏ·rā·ḵāw
כָּל־at all timeskāl-
הַיָּמִ֑ים . . . ,hay·yā·mîm
וְיָסַפְתָּ֨then you are to addwə·yā·sap̄·tā
לְךָ֥lə·ḵā
שָׁלֹ֣שׁthreešā·lōš

הָאֵֽלֶּה׃thesehā·’êl·leh

דָּ֣םblooddām
וְלֹ֤אwill notwə·lō
יִשָּׁפֵךְ֙be shedyiš·šā·p̄êḵ
בְּקֶ֣רֶבinbə·qe·reḇ
אַרְצְךָ֔the land’ar·ṣə·ḵā
אֲשֶׁר֙that’ă·šer
יְהוָ֣הYHWHYah·weh
אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָyour God’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā
נֹתֵ֥ןis givingnō·ṯên
לְךָ֖youlə·ḵā
נַחֲלָ֑ה [as] an inheritance ,na·ḥă·lāh
וְהָיָ֥הso that you will not bewə·hā·yāh
עָלֶ֖יךָ. . .‘ā·le·ḵā
דָּמִֽים׃סguilty of bloodshed .dā·mîm
Deuteronomy 19:11וְכִֽי־ If, however ,wə·ḵî-
יִהְיֶ֥ה. . .yih·yeh
אִישׁ֙a man’îš
שֹׂנֵ֣אhatesśō·nê
לְרֵעֵ֔הוּhis neighborlə·rê·‘ê·hū
וְאָ֤רַבand lies in waitwə·’ā·raḇ
לוֹ֙ ,lōw
וְקָ֣םattackswə·qām
עָלָ֔יוhim‘ā·lāw
וְהִכָּ֥הוּand kills himwə·hik·kā·hū
נֶ֖פֶשׁ. . .ne·p̄eš
וָמֵ֑ת . . . ,wā·mêṯ
וְנָ֕סand then fleeswə·nās
אֶל־to’el-
אַחַ֖תone’a·ḥaṯ
הָאֵֽל׃of thesehā·’êl
הֶעָרִ֥ים cities ,he·‘ā·rîm
Deuteronomy 19:12זִקְנֵ֣יthe eldersziq·nê
עִיר֔וֹof his city‘î·rōw
וְשָֽׁלְחוּ֙ must send for him ,wə·šā·lə·ḥū
וְלָקְח֥וּbringwə·lā·qə·ḥū
אֹת֖וֹhim’ō·ṯōw
מִשָּׁ֑ם back ,miš·šām
וְנָתְנ֣וּand hand him over towə·nā·ṯə·nū
